Bogus callers

The Practice has been informed by the Health & Social Care Board that some patients have been contacted by 'bogus callers' claiming to be linked to the Practice in order to sell products or extract financial information including bank details.  Some bogus callers have asked questions about medical conditions and current medication.

If you receive a call of this nature, DO NOT disclose any personal information and contact the surgery immediately.

Telephone Advice                                                                contactus

If you wish to speak to a doctor for urgent medical advice, please phone 028 9260 3090 during surgery hours and indicate to Reception staff the nature of your enquiry.  A doctor will contact you that day.

Phone call requests to a specific doctor will only be accepted between 9.00am and 1.00pm.  You will be advised by the receptionist when the doctor will be able to return your call.

It is important that you give a phone number that the doctor can reach you on.
